Another spectacular evening at BSH.  A wonderful audience witnessed a spectacular performance and gave the performers a deserved standing ovation.  Moira Kerr and Stuart Barbour sold lots of their Cds, so they were extremely happy.  Virginia and Myself had the pleasure of signing the visitors book, not far from the Queen & Prince Phillip's signatures.  We are now history!

It is very important to mention now that the people of Birmingham are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful facility as the Symphony Hall and in particular it must go on record that the quality of the staff and management team matches the venue - the very best by some distance.

 Royal Scottish Country Dancers representing Birmingham Branch RSCDS and Scanlon Academy Champion Irish Dancers.  And they were all wonderful!

 

This is the 5th and final year of The Scottish Tattoo, which has included 4 Royal Albert Hall performances. So if you want to catch the show in the Midlands, this is your last chance!  My thanks to the thousands of performers and supporters over the years.  Ian McLennan
